I. System structure and functional configuration
The testing machine belongs to the all-electronic creep endurance testing machine, which is mainly composed of the main engine, the high temperature furnace, the temperature control system measurement control system, and the computer system. The computer system can monitor multiple test machines.

1.1 The main engine is composed of a mechanical frame and a transmission part. The table top and the upper beam use double columns to form a door-type closed high-rigidity frame.
1.2 Drive The nut is driven to rotate by the DC servo motor after being decelerated by the harmonic reducer and the arc synchronous toothed pulley, so that the ball screw moves up and down. Due to the backlash-free transmission of the harmonic reducer and the anti-backlash structure of the ball screw pair, the transmission system is a backlash-free transmission, the transmission is stable, the response speed is fast, and the precise control of the test force is guaranteed.
1.3 The load sensor is installed on the lower table, and the outer metal chrome-plated polished cover prevents the sensor from being damaged by the heat radiation of the high-temperature furnace. At the same time, it can also prevent the metal oxide scale and other debris from directly falling on the sensor when the high-temperature furnace is turned on and causing damage to the sensor.
