“Modulator of the stereo signal MOD-13”
 This modular modulator with extendable blocks.
 The module where the 3LO1I tube is used is called BVI-1.
 The equipment was used as part of VHF transmitting stations.

In the long-distance communication equipment (wired) there were STGO racks (a rack
of tertiary generator equipment).
The rack included an oscilloscope unit with
a 3LO1I tube.
It was used to adjust the master generator to the
signal of the reference source.
