Direct polarity (housing – anode)
Diodes are silicon, diffusion, fast-healing. Designed for use in DC and AC power converters. Diodes have 5 voltage classes (from 5 to 11), are available in a metal-glass case with a flexible output and without a flexible output. Pin-type diodes are made of direct polarity (the base of the housing is the anode) and reverse polarity (the base of the housing is the cathode)
