The Oil Recovery Boom System is an advanced solution designed to efficiently recover oil spills in river and sea environments. Encased in a 10 FT containerized system, this oil recovery setup is engineered for ease of operation by a single person. Key features include a 20 cubic meter oil bag and capabilities to operate in harsh conditions, making it an ideal choice for diverse oil spill scenarios.
The system is deployed directly from the container into the sea. The system is fitted with connectors for easy and safe connection of oil collection bag.
Unlike conventional oil containment booms that can only hold oil pollution within a fixed range and need additional skimmer to collect oil sprill, with just this system, the water will be separated into collection bags, after which recovery operations can be performed.
The Oil Recovery Boom System is manufactured according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, providing a comprehensive and efficient solution for oil spill recovery. Its easy of deployment, and versatility make it an essential tool for managing oil spills in both river and sea environments.
System Capabilities:
-The system can operate in wave conditions up to 2 m (wind force 5 – Beaufort Scale) and wind conditions 18 m/s
-Towing Speed During Oil Recovery up to 2 m/s
-Towing Force: Ranges from a minimum of 4 kN to a maximum of 16.4 kN
-Temperature Operation: From -35 to 70 degrees Celsius
