1 Product overview

1.1 Overview

The table body contains a hot water container and a control box. The temperature controller automatically controls the electric heater to maintain a constant water temperature in the container. The temperature sensor measures the temperature of key points and displays it on a clear touch screen. Test samples of different sizes and materials, given different heat transfer areas and thermal conductivity, can provide multiple heat transfer experiments. One or two test specimens are immersed in the experiment, and the transient temperature changes caused by sudden immersion are measured. Then soak other test specimens in turn and compare the results to discover how their different surface areas, shapes and thermal properties affect heat transfer.

There is a large amount of water in the hot water container, so the immersion of the sample has a negligible effect on the temperature of the hot water. Students can test with or without a computer connection. For faster testing and easier recording of results, the display has real-time temperature curve records and temperature data history records. The history records can be displayed or imported into the U disk, and the data display is clear and convenient.

3.Training content

When the temperature of the surface of the sample undergoes a step change, it is observed that the heat is unstable to conduct to the center of the solid shape.
